The Wine

Eola is a velvety, fresh red blend owing much to the vineyard’s minimalist, organic growing practices. Aged in stainless steel. Eola is a combo of “Eolo” from the Greek god Aeolus, the ruler of the winds, and the final “a”, which is a tribute to their female vineyard workforce.

The People

Colline Di Sopra is a female owned and operated vineyard with a primarily female workforce. Their upscale standards are motivated by respecting the ecosystem. The vineyards are organically certified, use renewable energy and focused on water resource management.

Tastes Like

Intense ruby with purple nuance. Very nice perfumes: floral accents, redcurrant and a surprising fragrance. The taste is velvety with an excellent freshness and good persistence.
