Secondo Me

The Wine

This Cabernet has a fully ripened character and showcases how the use of French oak aging helps smooth out the edges and soften the tannins.

Secondo Me translates to ‘it’s up to me’, as in, the winemakers choice. The circle on the label depicts biodynamic farming which concerns itself with balancing land and moon cycles. Poggio Foco translates into ‘Fire Hill.’
